My package for the Bead Peeps Swap N Hop got lost or, hopefully, terribly delayed :) Last year, one of the participants didn't get her package but she didn't give up and posted jewelry made with beads from her stash! I'm sorry I forget her name as she inspired me to do the same! I was planning to make a series of flower themed jewelry to celebrate spring anyway.

In my first necklace, I used a lampwork daffodil by PetrovnaLampwork, silver plated and aluminum wire and a crystal bead.
Първото колие е с авторско мънисто на PetrovnaLampwork, посребрена и алуминива тел и кристалче.
No art bead in the second necklace - the focal is washi decoupage on wood, wire wrapping is simple to show off the pattern and the cord is decorated with beaded flowers - a true mixed media piece! Look out for more of these - Palm Sunday is coming!
Второто колие не е с авторско мънисто - централната висулка е декупаж с ръчно правена японска хартия върху дървена плочка, увиването с тел е скромно, за да изпъкне мотивът, а кордата е украсена с направени от мен цветчета от мъниста - истинска смесица от различни техники и материали! Очаквайте още колиета от тази серия - иде Цветница!

ИзтриванеI love both of these so much! The first one definitely scream spring to me. There's so much light and loveliness to it. And, the second one calls to me because of it's mixed media-ness. Being an international swapper can be a bit of a challenge - it was me last year that didn’t get mine in time. This year mine arrived 4 days before the deadline! I still enjoy it every time though.
