Предприех преподреждане на запасите си. Старата организация с разделителите от изолационни тръби вече не ми вършеше работа. Реших да ги подредя в кутии по цвят и вид - отделно естествени камъни, кристални мъниста и кабошони.
Meantime, I started reorganizing my bead storage. The old organization with drawer dividers, made of insulation tubing, didn't work for me anymore. I decided to store the beads in boxes by color and type - gemstone beads, crystal beads and cabochons.
За да се спася от досадата на подреждането, направих и няколко нови неща - триредни гривни и гривни за глезен в нови цветови комбинации, както и обици.
To escape the boredom of organization, I made some triple-wrap bracelets and anklets in new color combos as well as earrings.

Back to the subject - it is convenient to keep beads of similar color in one box - easy to take out and easy to put back! I hope to avoid piling up of materials on my desk and rummaging through my stuff, thinking "I'm sure they were somewhere here". Now I have a better idea of my stash. Also, it will be easier to use orphan beads - here are a couple of possibilities.

Creative folks always mix in some creating during the cleaning process - it is the chips for the dip! I admire your motivation to clean and organise your beads. My jewellery supplies are lying in boxes under my desk for the past 2 months. There are so many WIPs in it that I don't know where and how to start organising.

ИзтриванеIt was an enormous amount of work, spread over a time span of three weeks as I also was down with a virus during that time. I just can't get myself creating when the mess gets out of control. Here is how I did it - after having decided on the organization itself, I took out all my supplies and placed on the dining table in heaps by type and color. Then I started putting them away. There always are some bits and pieces that don't belong anywhere and these present the biggest problem, ha-ha!
