В началото на всяка година кипя от ентусиазъм и планирам нови неща. Често сред тях са и неосъществени стари планове. И колкото и парадоксално да звучи, понякога това води до изоставяне на започнати проекти. Затова първо довърших тях.
At the start of every new year, I am usually very enthusiastic and planning new things. Often, some old unfulfilled ideas are among them, too. Oddly, this sometimes results in unfinished projects. That's exactly what I tried to avoid this year.
Нанизите за тези колиета бяха готови, направих само медальоните.
I had strung the beaded necklaces already, just needed to add pendants.
Рамките за гривни от панти също бяха готови от миналата година. Направих две в някои от по-търсените цветове - лилаво и синьо.
The frames for hinged bracelets were ready since last year. I finished two in popular colors - purple and blue.
Успях да пробвам и нещо ново - най-сетне се добрах до медна тел с квадратен и полукръгъл профил и направих един медальон с лабрадорит. За този модел има много урочета, ето и едно от тях.
I also tried something new after finally getting my hands on square and half-round wire and made this labradorite pendant. There are many tutorials for similar designs, here is one of them.
И през цялото време си представях каква би била реакцията на Христаки❤- той харесваше по-скромни бижута, но пък артистичната му душа имаше усет към ефектното :)
While making these, I was thinking what would Christo❤ say - he preferred simple jewelry but the artist in him appreciated a statement piece :)
These are all so lovely! I really like the way you hung the pendants on the two necklaces. And, the blue and purple of the bracelets are favorites of mine too. You cannot go wrong with the labradorite. It's stunning. I'm glad you were able to get the wire you needed to get it made. Beautifully done!
