Направих малки коледни венчета с остатъчни дантелени мъниста. Нанизах ги на тел тип "мемори" (закалена) заедно с мъниста с голям отвор и ще ги раздавам като подаръци на зимните базари. През годините съм правила едноцветна коледна украса в нетрадиционни цветове и едва ли съм единствената 😀
I used some leftover lacy beads to make small Christmas wreaths. I strung them on memory wire along with some large-hole rhinestone beads and will be giving them away at winter shows. I've made single-color Christmas décor in the past and hardly am the only one out there 😀

I do remember when such beads were in trend for jewellery and we all made/bought them. However, this is a great way to reinvent them.
ОтговорИзтриванеThe funny thing is I came up with my method to make them and only recently saw a how-to video that showed an easier way :) As I have some more aluminum wire, I'm planning to make more of these beads for DIY projects. Too bad aluminum wire is easy to scratch or I would've used them for jewelry, e.g. earrings because you can make oversized light balls.
