Започвам годината с много идеи и малко завършени неща :) Направих нови обици и мисля да направя още в този стил.
I'm starting the year with many ideas and just a few finished things :) I made some new earrings and will make more of this style.
Първите два чифта бяха пълна импровизация. Третият е вариант на предишни модели - започвам ги по един и същи начин, но никога не знам как ще изглеждат накрая 😀 Четвъртият е разновидност на моите куки от тел. Тук има още възможности.
The first two pairs were a complete improvisation. The third one is a variation of previous designs - I start in one and the same way but never know the end result 😀 The fourth one is a variation of my wire woven hooks. There are many possibilities here.
Този експеримент нещо не ми се получи. Мисля си за префасониране "две в едно".

Красив аметистов кристал с нестандартна форма и основа от неравна скална порода, като усещането върху кожата не е приятно. Покрих я с лак и вече имам идея за оплитането.
A beautiful amethyst crystal with uneven shape and grainy rock back that feels rough on the skin. I covered the back with nail polish and even have an idea about the weaving.
Ето какво направих с бижутерска смола, дребни кристалчета и брокат - напълних малки шишенца и смятам да ги оплета с тел. Така разчистих още малко запаси 👍 Останалата смола излях в един силиконов калъп (молд) с цветя, но явно не е трябвало да я оцветявам, защото детайлите не се виждат и не става за нищо.
Here is what I made with resin, tiny crystals and glitter - I filled some small bottles and intend to wire wrap them. Thus I purged more crafting stash, too 👍 I poured the rest of the resin into a mold but I shouldn't have colored it because the details are not clearly seen and it's good for nothing.
Още една висулка в процес на изработка - усвоявам нов за мен вид "обков" за закрепване на камъните (този е цитрин) преди оплитането с тел.
I'm practicing prong setting the stones with wire prior to weaving - this is a work in progress with citrine.

I find the crescent experiments interesting. Have you considered turning them into key rings - which could be an add on sale or gifts during your shows?
ОтговорИзтриванеThanks for the idea, Divya but I'm afraid that the crystals will get scratched as key rings in a hand bag. I'm thinking of adding a more intricate wire woven detail in the middle, we'll see how it works :) Even though the gift idea is too tempting because I will have to do nothing:)
