The inspiration for May on Sj Designs Jewelry is a picture from a trip to the Inner Hebrides Islands. It was time to take out some long-hoarded beads by PetrovnaLampwork.

The sea in my childhood was not only about summer vacation, it was about dreaming of wild adventures as in our favorite books. Like The Treasure Island. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for this dark blue lampwork bottle by Petrovna. "Fifteen men on the dead man's chest, yo-ho-ho and a bottle of rum" :) The sea glass on top is supposed to look like a ship sail. I'm smitten with this one!
Като деца мечтаехме не само за почивка на морето, но и за невероятни морски приключения като в любимите книги. Естествено, "Островът на съкровищата" беше сред тях. Едва ли някога щях да имам по-подходящ случай да използвам тази тъмносиня бутилка на Petrovna. "Петнадесет души в ковчега на мъртвеца, йо-хо-хо, и бутилка ром" :) Идеята за морското стъкло в горната част е да прилича на корабно платно. Нескромно съм във възторг!
I made one more pendant with a beachy lampwork bead. The resemblance to a ship wheel was a happy accident :) I used beaded memory wire for both pendants.
Направих още един медальон с мънисто лампуърк с раковини. Приликата с корабен рул беше щастлива случайност :) Закачих и двата медальона на закалена тел с нанизани мъниста.
