Наскоро направих това колие със стари цветчета от сатен, а междувременно открих и едни обгорени венчелистчета от органза. Реших да направя брошки. Основата е спирала от тел, украсена с усукани "клонки" от тел и мъниста.
Recently, I made this necklace with old satin flowers and meantime found some singed organza petals. I decided to make brooches. The base is a wire spiral, decorated with twisted beaded wire branches.
Следващият модел доста ме затрудни, наложи се да си поиграя със закрепването, дори я развалях 1-2 пъти. Накрая го измислих и дори мисля по-нататък да ви покажа как. Само трябва да открия едни обгорени венчелистчета, за които имам ясен спомен, че съм ги запазила :)
Now this design gave me a hard time as I didn't have a clear idea how to attach the hat pin. It looks a bit beaten as I had to dismantle and start over a couple of times. Finally, I came up with a way and am even planning to show you the how-to. I just have to find some singed petals that I clearly remember stashing away :)

One more mini downsizing :) I've been thinking about fabric and wire combos in the past but it wasn't until I found this old stash that I managed to challenge my imagination!
I thought that the hat pin (single flower) was a lapel pin btw. It looks great. Did you make copper wire pins/brooch backs for the fabric flowers or a ready made pin back? I am curious to know.
ОтговорИзтриванеWell, I could only find these pins online with this description - hat pin. The back pins for the brooches are ready made silver color brooch pins. I have tons from back when I was making fabric brooches, so it's part of my downsizing plan :) They are easy to attach with wire to the spiral base.
