Мина повече от година, откакто за пръв път помолих ИИ за изображения на бижута от тел. Тогава бях водена от обикновено любопитство, но сега мога да го използвам да визуализира идеите ми. Така мисли и ChatGPT и затова не слага воден знак на снимките си. Аз го помолих за дискретен надпис "Създадено с ChatGPT-5". Твърди, че правата върху моделите са мои, защото заданието било мое. А дали е така? Дали бих стигнала до тези модели самостоятелно на базата на собственото си описание? Понякога си ги представям, а после тръгвам в съвсем различна посока. Понякога ги забравям :) Може би трябва да опитам с много подробни задания и да видя какво ще се получи.
More than a year ago I had asked AI for images of wire jewelry. At that time, I was just curious but now I can use it to visualize my ideas. At least, this is what ChatGPT thinks and therefore doesn't put watermark on the images. I asked it to add "Created with ChatGPT-5" on them. It insisted the design copyright was mine because I formulated the prompt. Is it really? Would I have made these designs based on my own prompt? Sometimes, the designs pop up in my head but often take an unexpected turn. Also, I tend to forget them :) I just might try with more detailed prompts...
As far as I know, you cannot hold copyright for the images generated by AI. But you can use the idea and create a piece and a photograph of that piece taken by you can be copyrighted. Different countries have different copyright laws with protecting a design (technique/technology) coming under a different title. You will have to check with your country's IPR laws. But the designs are interesting and would love to see you make them.
ОтговорИзтриванеYou're right, ChatGPT said the idea was mine and even offered to put my logo on them, which I did not accept, of course :) But recently in one of the Facebook groups there was a lady who posted wire wrapped earring designs on a daily basis until we all realized they were AI generated and blocked her.
